دستور العراق

• Article 140 of the Constitution of Iraq states that before the referendum is carried out, measures should be taken to reverse the Arabization policy employed by the Saddam Hussein administration during the Al-Anfal Campaign.
  تنص المادة 140 من دستور العراق على أنه قبل إجراء الاستفتاء ينبغي اتخاذ تدابير لعكس سياسة التعريب التي اتبعتها إدارة صدام حسين خلال حملة الأنفال.
• One of the committees is Article 58 and the Victims of Ethnic Cleansing Policies Committee to follow up the procedures of normalizing the situation in Kirkuk Province according to the new Iraqi Constitution.
  وفي الاجتماعات اللاحقة تم تشكيل اللجان الخاصة بأعمال ومهام المجلس، ومن ضمنها لجنة المادة(58)بغرض متابعة اجراءات تطبيع الأوضاع في المحافظة كما هي منصوص عليها في الدستور العراقي الجديد.
• During his tenure in Baghdad, McGurk helped draft Iraq's interim constitution, the Transitional Administrative Law, and oversaw the legal transition from the CPA to an Interim Iraqi Government led by Prime Minister Ayad Allawi.
  خلال تلك الفترة ساعد السيد ماكغورك في صياغة مسودة الدستور العراقي المؤقت و القانون الإداري الانتقالي، وكذلك أشرف على الاجراءات القانونية لانتقال الحكم من سلطة الأئتلاف المؤقتة إلى الحكومة العراقية المؤقتة برئاسة رئيس الوزراء إياد علاوي.
