• The dean is elected by the students and members of staff and faculty, who becomes the head of the university board, and is responsible for the academic programmes and activities.

• Before assuming presidency, she served the university as Vice President for Research and Community Development (2000–2003), Head of the Department of Foundations of Education (1992–1995), and as a member of the University Council (1986–1989; 1998–2004).

• An executive and financial affairs committee derived from the university council and it is formed from council chancellor, vice chancellor, deputy vice chancellor, the principal as a rapporteur of the committee, the financial controller, four members from the university and five members from outside the university.
  تنبثق من مجلس الجامعة لجنة تسمى لجنة الشؤون التنفيذية والمالية وتتشكل من رئيس المجلس، المدير، نائب المدير، الوكيل مقرراً للجنة، المراقب المالي وأربعة أعضاء من داخل الجامعة وخمسة أعضاء من خارج الجامعة .
