To thrust atheism upon the masses, and in conjunction therewith to interfere forcibly with religious practices and to make mock of the objects of popular reverence, would not assist but would hinder the campaign against religion. إن توجيه الإلحاد إلى الجماهير وبالاقتران مع التدخل في الممارسات الدينية بالقوة والاستهزاء بماهية المقدّسات الشعبية لن يساعد ولكن سيعرقل الحملة ضد الدين.»
The Governor-General may return to the house in which it originated any proposed law so presented to him, and may transmit therewith any amendments which he may recommend, and the Houses may deal with the recommendation. يجوز للحاكم العام العودة إلى المجلس التشريعي الذي نشأ فيه أي قانون مقترح معروض عليه، ويجوز له أن ينقل إليه أي تعديلات قد يوصي بها، ويمكن للمجالس التشريعية التعامل مع التوصية".
