• DubaiSat-2 completed its second year in orbit around the earth in Nov 2015, and the satellite continues to provide electro-optical earth images for various purposes including environmental monitoring, land and infrastructure planning, telecommunication and disaster management; serving both governmental and private organisations.
  أكمل دبي سات-2 عامه الثاني في مداره حول الأرض في نوفمبر 2015 ويواصل حالياً إمداد المحطة الأرضية بصور كهروضوئية للأرض ليتم استخدامها في عدة أغراض ومن أبرزها دراسة التغيرات البيئية، وتخطيط الأراضي والبنية التحتية، والاتصالات، فضلاً عن إدارة الكوارث لكي يخدم بذلك كلاً من المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة.
• Although 3000 cyclone shelters were constructed with over 40,000 trained volunteers and 10,000 km of embankments erected, Bangladesh should not only place emphasis on capacity building and disaster management but also institutional and infrastructure strengthening, development of research and low carbon technologies in order to create an inclusive and truly comprehensive mitigation scheme.
  على الرغم من بناء ٣٠٠ ملجأ للأعاصير مع أكثر من ٤٠٠٠٠ متطوع مدرّب و ١٠٠٠ كم من السدود ، فيجب على بنغلاديش ألا تركز فقط على بناء القدرات وإدارة الكوارث ولكن أيضًا على تعزيز المؤسسات والبنية التحتية وتطوير البحوث والتقنيات منخفضة الكربون من أجل خلق و انشاء خطة التخفيف الشاملة حقا.
