المريد

• His grave has since been visited by thousands of Muslim pilgrims every year who continue to pay their respects.
  منذ ذلك الحين يزور قبره الآلاف من المريدين كل عام الذين يواصلون احترامهم.
• So the preacher said that he miscalculated, and they went right back the next month but with more followers.
  فقال الكاهن أنّه أخطأ الحساب ومن ثمّ عادوا في الشهر التالي، مع المزيد من المريدين
• Turning towards the truth, the follower grows through love, deserts his ego, finds the truth and arrives at perfection.
  وبالدوران نحو الحق، ينمو المريد في الحب، فيتخلى عن أنانيته ليجد الحقيقة فيصل إلى الكمال.

  وفي هذه المرحلة، فإن المريد لا يسمع أو يرى أي شيء إلا أنه يستطيع أن يختبر أو يدرك الحالة.

  المريدين الذين كانوا يأتون الى المدينة جعلوا من الممكن لشاب فى ظروف محمد ليكسب عيشه فى أسواق مكة

  المريدين كانوا يأتون من كل مكان فى جزيرة العرب لعبادة المئات من أصنامهم والتى كانت تحيط بالكعبة الأثر القديم فى قلب المدينة
• The personal relationship of the dā‘ī and his students, portrayed so vividly by Ja‘far bin Manṣūr al-Yaman in his Kitāb, would decisively influence the sheikh-murīd bond of later Sufi orders.
  إن العلاقة الشخصية للداعي وطلابه، التي صورها جعفر بن منير اليمن في كتابه، ستؤثر بشكل حاسم على رابطة الشيخ والمريد من الأوامر الصوفية اللاحقة.
• The Midrash Tehillim states that one who acknowledges that he has sinned and is fearful and prays to God about it, as David did, will be forgiven.
  ومن آداب الذكر الابتداء بالاستغفار ويذكر المريد ذنوبه في حالة استغفاره وغفلاته وتقصيره في الطاعات وليذكر أنه في حضرة ربه بخشوع وخوف من الله ويقطع الخواطر كلها إلا خاطر الحق سبحانه وتعالى.
