مناخ معتدل

  إذا كان من الممكن الجمع بين كميّات متواضعة من النقد والأرض مع قدر من المهارات الزراعيّة في مناخ معتدل، فإن الكفاف يمكن أن يفسح الطريق أمام ثروة اجتماعيّة متواضعة.

  ونظرا لان المدينة محصورة في معظم الجوانب بالسلاسل الجبلية، فان القرب الوثيق من الأجسام الكبيرة من المياه (البحر الأسود وبحر قزوين) وحقيقة ان جبال القوقاز الكبرى (بالاضافه إلى الشمال) تمنع التسلل من الكتل الهوائية وتتميز تبليسي بمناخ معتدل نسبيا بالمقارنة مع المدن الأخرى التي لديها نفس الظروف المناخية المماثلة.
