Measures taken by several states to enforce the provisions of previous resolutions were noted and others that had yet to respond were urged to inform the Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali of measures they had taken as soon as possible. وأشير إلى التدابير التي اتخذتها عدة دول لإنفاذ أحكام القرارات السابقة، وحث البعض الآخر الذي لم يرد بعد على إبلاغ الأمين العام بطرس بطرس غالي بالتدابير التي اتخذتها في أقرب وقت ممكن.

Finally the Council requested the Secretary-General and international agencies to provide urgent humanitarian assistance to the affected civilian population particularly with regards to those who were displaced, further urging the Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali and the OSCE Minsk Group continue to report back on developments to the Council. وأخيرا، طلب المجلس إلى الأمين العام والوكالات الدولية تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية العاجلة للسكان المدنيين المتضررين، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بالمشردين، وتحث كذلك الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بطرس غالي ومجموعة مينسك التابعة لمنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا على مواصلة تقديم تقارير عن التطورات التي حدثت إلى المجلس.
