نقل الملكية

• Where A is owed a debt or other obligation by B, A may require B to deliver property rights in securities to A, either at inception (transfer of title) or only in default (non-transfer-of-title institutional).
  حيث يكون على المدين مستحقات من دين أو التزام آخر للدائن (البنك)،و قد يطلب الدائن تسليم حقوق الملكية على شكل أوراق مالية إليه، إما في البداية (نقل الملكية)، أو في حالة التأخر (عدم نقل الملكية المؤسسية).

  فإن أن هذه الدول تكون خارج إطار التجارة، وهي عبارة عن مساحة، بسبب موضعها ووظيفتها في هذا المجتمع، تكون منفصلة عن مجموعة حقوق الملكية والاستثناء ونقل الملكية الشاملة والتي يمكن أن يطلبها أصحاب الممتلكات بصفة عامة."
