الاغتراب

• Since – as we have seen – human nature consists in a particular set of vital drives and tendencies, whose exercise constitutes flourishing, alienation is a condition wherein these drives and tendencies are stunted.
  كما رأينا - طبيعة الإنسان تتكون من مجموعة معينة من الدوافع والميول، التي تشكل ممارستها الازدهار، الاغتراب هو ظرف تتقزم فيه هذه الدوافع والميول.
• However, in Marx’s view, life has to be humanly organized to allow a real form of common life, since under alienation human interaction is subordinated to a relationship between things.

• Therefore, alienation is a lack of self-worth, the absence of meaning in one's life, consequent to being coerced to lead a life without opportunity for self-fulfillment, without the opportunity to become actualized, to become one's self.
  ولذلك فإن الاغتراب يعني عدم الشعور بقيمة الذات، انعدام المعنى في حياة المرء، نتيجة لإجباره على العيش دون فرصة لتحقيق الذات، دون إتاحة الفرصة لتصبح ذاتا.

  مطورا طرح هيغل حول الروح البشرية، قال كارل ماركس أن قطبي المثالية — "الجهل الروحي" و "فهم الذات" — تستبدل بمفهومين ماديين ، حيث "الجهل الروحي" يصبح "الاغتراب" و "فهم الذات" يصبح إدراك المرء لجوهر- الأنواع الخاص به.
