الخسّ

  وقد اختلف تفضيل أنواع الخسّ من منطقة إلى أخرى، فكان رأس الزبدة هو النوع المفضّل في شمال أوروبا وبريطانيا العظمى، والروماني هو المفضل في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط، وأما الساقيّ ففي مصر والصين.
