الديباجة

• After World War II, the United Nations was established by the United Nations Charter to "save successive generations from the scourge of war which twice in our lifetime has brought untold sorrow to mankind" (Preamble).
  بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية ، أنشئت الأمم المتحدة بموجب ميثاق الأمم المتحدة "لإنقاذ الأجيال المتعاقبة من ويلات الحرب التي جلبت مرتين في حياتنا حزنا لا يوصف للجنس البشري" (الديباجة).
• This practice was universally adopted, and the word "radio" introduced internationally, by the 1906 Berlin Radiotelegraphic Convention, which included a Service Regulation specifying that "Radiotelegrams shall show in the preamble that the service is 'Radio'".
  واعتمدت هذه الممارسة عالميا، وكلمة 'الإذاعة' التي أدخلت على الصعيد الدولي، من قبل اتفاقية برلين الراديوية لعام 1906، التي تضمنت لائحة الخدمة التي تنص على أن 'البرقيات الراديوية يجب أن تظهر في الديباجة أن الخدمة' راديو '.

• The Supreme Federal Court has ruled that this commission of the protection of God was not unconstitutional since the preamble of the constitution is simply an indication of principles that serves as an introduction to the constitutional text and reflects the ideological conceptions of the legislator, falling within the scope of political ideology and not of the Law.
  وقد حكمت المحكمة العليا الاتحادية أن ذكر الله لم يتناقض مع الدستور نفسه لأن هذه الديباجة تشير ببساطة إلى المبادئ المؤدية لتأدية الغرض التمهيدي للنص الدستوري وتعكس المفاهيم الأيديولوجية للمشرّع وتقع ضمن نطاق الأيديولوجيا السياسية وليس ضمن النطاق القانوني.
