انتهاك الحقوق

• The authors of the Fourth Geneva Convention made a point of giving the rules regarding inviolability of rights "an absolute character", thus making it much more difficult for a state to bypass international law through the use of annexation.
  وقد وضّح مؤلفو اتفاقيّة جينيف الرابعة إعطاء القواعد المتعلّقة بعدم انتهاك الحقوق "بطبيعتها المطلقة"، مما يجعل من الصعب على أي دولة تجاوز القانون الدوليّ من خلال استعمال "الضمّ".
• Article 31B says that any acts and regulations included in the Ninth Schedule of the constitution by the Parliament can override the fundamental rights and such laws can not be repealed or made void by the judiciary on the grounds of violating fundamental rights.
  تنص المادة 31 ب على أن أي أعمال أو لوائح مدرجة في الجدول التاسع من الدستور من قبل البرلمان يمكن أن تتجاوز الحقوق الأساسية، ولا يمكن إلغاء هذه القوانين أو اعتبارها باطلة من قبل السلطة القضائية على أساس انتهاك الحقوق الأساسية.
