A pontifical university is a Catholic university established by and directly under the authority of the Holy See. الجامعة الحبرية أو الجامعة البابويّة هي جامعة كاثوليكية أنشأها الكرسي الرسولي ويقوم بالإشراف عليه بشكل مباشر.
