Trabzon was the capital of the Ottoman Eyalet of Trebizond (1598–1867) and later of the Ottoman Vilayet of Trebizond (1867–1923) in the northeastern part of Anatolia. كانت طرابزون عاصمة دولة طرابزون العثمانية (1598-1867م) ولاحقاً عاصمة محافظة طرابزون العثمانية (1867-1923م) في الجزء الشمالي الشرقي من الأناضول.
