الأقطار

• The idea is based on the integration of some or all of the Arab countries into a single political and economic framework that removes the borders between the Arab states and establishes a strong economic, human and military state.
  تقوم الفكرة على أساس دمج بعض أو جميع الأقطار العربية في إطار سياسي واقتصادي واحد يزيل الحدود بين الدول العربية وينشئ دولة قوية اقتصاديًا وبشريًا وعسكريًا.

• American-Canadian neurosurgeon Wilder Penfield (1891–1976) and colleagues at the Montreal Neurological Institute used extensively electrical stimulation of the brain cortex in awake neurosurgical patients to investigate the motor and sensory homunculus (the representation of the body in the brain cortex according to the distribution of motor and sensory territories).
  كما استخدم جراح الأعصاب الأمريكي الكندي ويلدر جرافيز بنفيلد (1891-1976) والزملاء في مستشفى ومعهد مونتريال للأعصاب تحفيز كهربي على نطاق واسع لقشرة الدماغ في مرضى أعصاب مستيقظين لفحص أنيسان القشرة الحركي والحسي ( تمثيل الجسد في قشرة الدماغ وفقا لتوزيع الأقطار الحسية والحركية).
• The arcsecond is also often used to describe small astronomical angles such as the angular diameters of planets (e.g. the angular diameter of Venus which varies between 10″ and 60″), the proper motion of stars, the separation of components of binary star systems, and parallax, the small change of position of a star in the course of a year or of a solar system body as the Earth rotates.

• Feuermann et al. invented a method to collect sunlight with a cone shaped collector and transfer it with some fiberglass cables which are adapted to the reactor in order to enable constructions of a column reactor with wider diameters. - on this scale the energy consumption due to pumps etc. and the CO2 cost of manufacture may outweigh the CO2 captured by the reactor.
  إلا أن بعض علماء الأبحاث العلمية اخترعوا طريقةً لتجميع ضوء الشمس باستخدام مُجَمِّع مخروطي الشكل ثم نقله بعد ذلك باستخدام نوعٍ من كابلات الألياف الزجاجية والتي تم تعديلها لتتوافق مع المفاعل بهدف السماح بالقدرة على إنشاء المفاعل العمودي ذا الأقطار الأعرض. – ووفقاً لهذا المعيار، فإن استهلاك الطاقة بسبب المضخاات وتكلفة تصنيع ثاني أكسيد الكربون قد يتعديا كم ثاني أكسيد الكربون المحتجز داخل الممفاعل.
