جبل الهيكل

• The Israeli government took several measures regarding the Temple Mount designed to reassure the world that it had no intention of making the issue of where the Temple Mount's sovereignty lay until this could be determined in final status negotiations.
  و بعد ذلك إتخذت الحكومة الإسرائيلية عدة تدابير تتعلق بجبل الهيكل تهدف إلى طمأنة العالم بأن ليس لديها أي نية لطرح هذه المسألة-أى مسألة سيادة جبل الهيكل- حتى تناقش هذة المسألة في مفاوضات الوضع النهائي.

  بعد أن استولت إسرائيل على الجبل عام 1967 ،أعلن رئيس حاخام إسرائيل أن دخول "جبل الهيكل" ممنوعا لليهود ، وفقا لحظر الهالاخاه لأنه ضد قانون الطهارة (وفقا لهذا القانون، فان النجاسة تحدث عن طريق الاتصال بالموتى في المقابر.

• On the other side, there are those who do not see, based on the same halakha, any wrongdoing in Jews entering the Temple Mount while observing the halakhic purity laws, and getting only to certain areas of the Mount.
  على جانب أخر,و إستنادا بالهالاخاه ذاتها، فإن هناك بعض الاشخاص الذين لا يعتقدون بأن هناك أى مخالفات أو أسباب تمنع اليهود من دخول جبل الهيكل طالما يراعون قوانين الطهارة المذكورة في الهالاخاه و طالما يذهبون إلى مناطق معينة فقط من الجبل.
