جيش الفتح

• The campaign consisted of a three-pronged attack, with the two main assaults spearheaded by Ahrar ash-Sham, al-Qaeda-affiliated Jabhat al-Nusra and other Islamist factions under the banner of the Army of Conquest, and the remaining attack force including collaboration with Free Syrian Army brigades.

• A few days later, on 2 December, the Army of Conquest Islamist rebel coalition launched a new assault towards Ma’an, but their attack was reportedly disrupted after they were ambushed at the Morek Hills by the 87th Brigade of the 11th Tank Division.
  وبعد أيام قليلة، في 2 ديسمبر، شن التحالف المتمرد الإسلامي جيش الفتح هجوما جديدا باتجاه معان، ولكن أفيد بأن هجومهم تعرض للعرقلة بعد أن نصب كمين لهم في تلال مورك من قبل اللواء 87 التابع للفرقة 11 دبابات.
• Jaysh al-Fateh reportedly wanted to stop the fighting at Mallah altogether and were trying to organize Fatah Halab, but little if anyone inside Aleppo wanted to accept orders from Idlib commanders, and therefore Jaysh al-Fateh's was losing patience as Aleppo commanders were preferring to lose men, ammunition and materials for what they saw as a lost battle.
  قيل أن جيش الفتح أراد وقف القتال في الملاح تماما وكان يحاول تنظيم فتح حلب ولكن قليلا إذا كان أي شخص داخل حلب يريد قبول أوامر من قادة إدلب وبالتالي فقد كان جيش الفتح يفقد الصبر كما كان قادة حلب يفضلون تفقد الرجال والذخائر والمواد لما اعتبروه معركة خاسرة.
