• Elsalameen worked as a program adviser at the Imaginenations Group where he worked with teams of international development finance and youth experts to design investment strategies for youth in the Middle East and South America.
  عمل السلامين كمستشار البرامج في “مجموعة إيماجنيشن” حيث كان يعمل مع فريق من خبراء الاقتصاد والشباب التنمية الدوليين لتصميم استراتيجيات استثمار للشباب في منطقتي الشرق الأوسط وأمريكا الجنوبية.
• Since 1998, Elsalameen has been an active participant in the international organization Seeds of Peace participating in and lecturing at numerous leadership summits and conferences on topics related to Middle East youth, conflict resolution, and extremism.
  ومنذ عام 1998، يشارك السلامين في منظمة “بذور السلام” الدولية عن طريق إلقاء المحاضرات في العديد من مؤتمرات تتعلق بالقيادة والشباب في الشرق الأوسط، وحل النزاعات، والتطرف.
• Elsalameen is also an adjunct senior fellow at the American Security Project, a Washington, DC think tank that has been created to develop an American national security vision and strategy for the 21st century.
  السلامين هو ايضا مفكر وباحث بدرجة زميل مساعد في “مشروع الأمن الأمريكي” الذي هو مركز دراسات استراتيجي في العاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن يهدف إلى وضع رؤية للأمن القومي الأمريكي واستراتيجية للقرن الحادي والعشرين .
• Elsalameen was also a fellow with the New America Foundation's American Strategy Program, a nonpartisan public policy institute that invests in new thinkers and new ideas to address the next generation of challenges facing the United States.
  والسلامين أيضا زميل في برنامج الإستراتيجية الأمريكية التابع لمؤسسة” أمريكا الجديدة” وهي هيئة غير حزبية ممولة من شركة جوجل ,معنية بالسياسة العامة وتستثمر في المفكرين الجدد والأفكار الجديدة لمعالجة التحديات الجديدة التي تواجه الولايات المتحدة والعالم.
• Elsalameen was invited personally by US President Bill Clinton to attend the Clinton Global Initiative in 2005, and helped secure a commitment for a political risk insurance initiative to encourage investment in Gaza after the Israeli withdrawal at the time.
  وقد دعي السلامين شخصيا من قبل الرئيس الأمريكي بيل كلينتون لحضور “مبادرة كلينتون العالمية” في عام 2005، وساعد في الحصول على التزام لمبادرة التأمين ضد المخاطر السياسية لتشجيع الاستثمار في قطاع غزة بعد الانسحاب الإسرائيلي في ذلك الوقت.
