تقاسم السلطة

• Nearly all concepts of shared leadership entail the practice of "broadly sharing power and influence among a set of individuals rather than centralizing it in the hands of a single individual who acts in the clear role of a dominant superior."
  وتستلزم جميع مفاهيم القيادة المشتركة تقريبًا ممارسة "تقاسم السلطة والنفوذ على نطاق واسع بين مجموعة من الأفراد وليس تركيزها في يد فرد واحد يقوم بدور واضح وهو الرئيس المهيمن."
• Muhammad Umran, a leading member of the military committee, was a delegate at the 5th National Congress, and told Aflaq of the military committee's intentions – Aflaq consented to the coup, but no agreement was made between him and the committee on how to share power after the coup.
  محمد عمران، عضو اللجنة العسكرية البارز، كان حاضرًا في المؤتمر الوطني الخامس، و أخبر عفلق بنية اللجنة العسكرية حياله، وافق عفلق على الانقلاب، إلا أنه لم يجرِ أي اتفاق على كيفية تقاسم السلطة بعد الانقلاب.
• Despite of the absence of legal limitations to women participating in the politic arena of Thailand, the factors that have impeded the rise of women in political activities include structural barriers, cultural impediments, lower educational attainments, lower socio-economic status, and power-sharing issues with the opposite sex.
  على الرغم من غياب القيود القانونية المفروضة على المرأة في الساحة السياسية إلّا أنّ هناكَ عددًا منَ العوامل التي أعاقت صعود المرأة في الأنشطة السياسية بما في ذلكَ الحواجز الهيكلية والعوائق الثقافية إلى جانبِ انخفاض التحصيل التعليمي وانخفاض الحالة الاجتماعية-الاقتصادية وكذا مسائل تقاسم السلطة مع الجنس الآخر.
