منطقة عازلة

• A prominent Middle East researcher stated that Israel established contacts with members of the Syrian opposition abroad during the second half of 2012 and the idea of a buffer zone emerged during secret meetings in Amman in early 2013.
  وذكر باحث بارز في الشرق الأوسط أن إسرائيل أقامت اتصالات مع أعضاء المعارضة السورية في الخارج خلال النصف الثاني من عام 2012، وظهرت فكرة إنشاء منطقة عازلة خلال اجتماعات سرية عقدت في عمان في مطلع عام 2013.
• By the end of June, a number of Turkish newspapers reported that Ankara was considering a ground operation to establish a buffer zone in Northern Syria to prevent Syrian Kurds from declaring an independent state, a zone 110 km long and 33 km deep along the Turkish border.
  و في نهاية حزيران ذكرت العديد من الصحف لتركية بأن انقرة تأخذ العمليات البرية في عين الاعتبار لإنشاء منطقة عازلة بطول 110 كيلومتر و بعمق 33 كيلومتر على طول الحدود التركية الواقعة في شمال سوريا لمنع السوريين الاكراد من إقامة دولة مستقلة .
• Deputy Prime Minister Bülent Arınç said that the gist of the resolutions was to extend the current mandate for "hot pursuit" against the PKK and Syrian Army into Syria and Iraq, which was to end the second week in October, and to add ISIS to the list and set up a buffer zone on the Syrian side of the border.
  و صرح نائب رئيس الوزراء التركي أن المغزى من القرارات هو تمديد الوكالة الحالية لمطاردة ساخنة ضد الجيش السوري و حزب العمال الكردي لإنهاء الاسبوع الثاني من تشرين الأول و اضافة داعش إلى القائمة و اقامة منطقة عازلة على الحدود السورية.
