خطب

• For the gosh sakes, what in the world is wrong with you?
  لأجل الرب ، ما خطبك ؟
• But if it's a sermon, I'd sooner listen to the rain.
  لكن اذا كانت خطبة سأستمع لصوت المطر
• But they're grown up now. My son's married. Ella's engaged.
  لكنهم كبروا الآن إبني تزوج و (إيلا) خطبت
• And they are volunteers, so spare me any humane speeches.
  أنهم متطوعون, لذا قم بتوفير أى خطب أنسانية.
• But it's a waste of time. There's nothing wrong with me.
  لكنهـا مضيعة للوقت ليس ثمّـة خطب بي
• I sure am glad the colonel didn't make a speech.
  بالتأكيد إننى سعيد أن الكولونيل لم يلق بخطبة
• What's the matter with you? Why are you so dang stupid?
  ما خطبك لم انت غبي لهذه الدرجة
• To hell with the speech! Let somebody else give it.
  اللعنة على الخطبة, دعى شخص آخر ليلقيها .

  ولكن انت مع خفة ترفيه الشرقي دعاة خطب الود خاصتك ،
• If I knew you would get drunk I'd never have come with you.
