  وفي سنة 2002 م، درس روس وبلج العديد من التفسيرات المختلفة في كتابهما «سر وهم القمر»، وتوصّلا إلى أنه «لا نظرية ثبُت انتصارها».
• In the European Union, the Food Supplements Directive requires that only those supplements that have been proven safe can be sold without a prescription.
  أما في الاتحاد الأوروبي ، تقضي التوجيهات الخاصة بالمكملات الغذائية بأن هذه المكملات التي ثبُت أن تناولها أمن يمكن طرحها في الأسواق دون الحاجة إلى وصفة طبية.
