The River Drava forms part of its southern border, and the River Danube its eastern border. النهر درافا يُشكل جزء من الحدود الجنوبية, ونهر دانوب يُشكل حدودها من الشرق.
There are two major hydroelectric power plants along the southern border of the county, on the Drava River. تحتوي المقاطعة في جنوبها على محطتين للطاقة الكهرمائية على طول نهر درافا.
