RECALLS the decision taken at the 8th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government which mandated the African Union Commission to convene an expert meeting in Algiers, Algeria for the development of an African Common Position on Migration and Development and COMMENDS the Government of Algeria for hosting the Experts Meeting; 回顾国家和政府首脑会议第八届常会所作决定，其中授权非洲联盟委员会在阿尔及利亚阿尔及尔召开专家会议，以拟定《关于移徙与发展的非洲共同立场》，并赞扬阿尔及利亚政府担任专家会议的东道国；
