It was constituted for all round development in the area of economic, educational, socio-cultural and ethnic identity of Rabha people residing in the council area. وقد شكل المجلس من أجل التنمية الشاملة في مجال الهوية الاقتصادية والتعليمية والاجتماعية والثقافية والعرقية لشعب رابها المقيمين في منطقة المجلس.
