Táchira State is one of the three Venezuelan Andean states (the other two are Mérida and Trujillo). تاشيرا هي واحدة من ثلاث ولايات الأنديز الفنزويلية (والاثنتان الآخرتان هما ميريدا وتروخيو).
Located in Mérida State, its top is permanently covered with névé snow and three small glaciers. تقع في ولاية ميريدا، قمته مغطاة بشكل دائم مع الثلوج مع ثلاثة أنهار جليدية صغيرة.
